Preparation & Cooking
In a large saucepan, stir Hollandaise Sauce Mix into cold water. Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 min., stirring occasionally. Add softened butter. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate unused portions.
